Great investment opportunities for Private Lenders

Hello everyone Marcos here to talk about new opportunities for Private Lenders. Some private investors are unhappy with the poor returns they see from CD’s, money markets and IRA’s and just aren’t comfortable with investing in the stock market and other riskier types of investments. Recently though their have been some exciting opportunities arising for private investors to gain more in return from their investments. Many of Americans have worked hard, saved their money and invested it wisely over the years. Only to be hit hard by the economic downturn and see much of their savings and the equity in real estate evaporate over the past few years. So that left investors stuck between low returns in safe investments and the uncertainty of playing the stock market to try and get better returns with no guarantee you won’t loose all your money. Well private investors will be relieved to hear that new unique opportunities have arisen out of the economic recession and financial market meltdown. Opportunities such as programs that offer Private Investors with the opportunity to gain 10%-15% on investments rather than the 1% - 3% for “safe” investments in the past. There is a link to page to find out more about one such program here: http://commerciallendingpros.com/private-lenders.htm

Bill finally got past the Republicans in the Senate to put $30 billion into small business lending

This bill does three main things.

1- Gives money to local banks to lend.

2- Raises the limit on SBA 7a (Small Business Admin) loans from $2 million to $5million. Now lenders can do those bigger deals that were being turned down. Bigger deals bigger commissions.

3-Gives tax incentives to businesses to expand and hire which means they need money.
